Here you will see some of the projects we are working on even before they happen. We will post pictures as they actually do happen from beginning to end. The reason behind this page is to show you the consumer and customer who we are and what we can do. We have no limits only imagination. If you dream it, we will build it. The waterfall and fire feature is now being retro fitted with fibre optics in all 14 water falls. We will post the pictures as soon as we are finished or have time to do so. This is a pond-less waterfall as you can see there is no POND! There are 2 48" fire pits in the middle of this feature.It is 26 feet wide, 16 feet tall and 18 feet from front to back. When purchasing any other type of glass, remember that regular glass can and will pop so be careful. If another company is trying to sell you recycled glass be sure to ask for their product liability insurance coverage. We carry this insurance because we can! Toppers Above and below is our 2 1/2 lb topper mix for the top of you fireplace glass if you really don't have a design this is very popular. This is what it would look like on a bed of starfire. A few fireplace glass designs Now for a few different types of burners. You dream it, we build it. The fire pit below is 96" across and we installed 2 48" half round stainless burners. The burner below is a propane 24" x 36" flat pan burner with all of the propane controls. The 6 pictures below are of a 25" x 44" pan burner to be filled with Glassel after installation. This is a propane burner as well. The 5 pictures below are one of our newest designs for fire pit propane burners These come is 18", 24" and 30" standard pans. Marriott Hotel Boise Idaho This is a pro-to type fire table that when finished will be wrapped in wire and finished in smooth high heat concrete mix with a 48" fire bowl in the middle. There will be a 6" brushed metal finished edge to cover under table lights. The table is 60" wide and 24" tall. These will be delivered to Boise Idaho, Marriott Corp. Table Fountains are all custom made from 1 foot to 10 foot, you decide the design and size. Another creative idea for your fireplace! This was is 50 gallon rolling salt water aquarium with a built in filtering system, sorry no fire. The twin ribbon burners below are 50" long each and powered be an electronic ignition. The will be installed in Santa Barbara California.As soon as the installation is complete we will post the finished pictures of the burners. They will be installed one in front of the other to create two walls of fire. These we mock up shots with very low pressure in the shop and when they get installed you will be able to see the potential of these burners. The ignition system that was powering these burners is a 110 volt 415,000 btu system. The control of the flame height can only be done manually as electronic control is not available as of yet for this unit. Fire Bowls! Below is one of the two Fire Sticks we built in Nopomo, California at the Shea Homes Trilogy project. Each fireplace had an electronic ignition located on the side of the fireplace in a cabinet inset into the side of the fireplace. We have over the last few years helped design and and sold dozens of custom fireplaces. The one here was installed in Beverly Hills, California. We designed the fireplace, custom candle pan burner with electronic ignition. We used a clear base glass fro a simple a modern look. We will be posting the pictures as we have time in the near future. We did the fireplace not the white onyx. What we did does not show but it's what made the fireplace what it is, designED ! If you take the time to notice the nice texture of the glass. It's because we tumble it (patent pending) that's what also make us and our glass different from anyone else. The fire pit below is in the Palace of Qatar and this was commissioned for the King of Qatar. The fire pit is a propane/ butane fueled fire pit and it was installed by Gasco of Qatar. They didn't understand the glass so they opted to use lava rock. Now they (the King) have ordered the glass and if we can get the pictures we will post them. We did propane for the King and there are no issues! Awesome marble! Ceramic Fire Balls! See our NEW DIAMONDS! Below is one of our newest designs of fireplace pans. This one was designed by the customer for propane and they added remote control. This first pan will be made in Stainless Steel. We will finish this proto type in about 4 to 5 weeks and we will post pictures when we finish. These will be available in stainless steel, steel (painted or bare) or any other metal you desire. Here are a few pictures of 5 of our Vortex Fires located in the Prive Las Vegas night club located at the Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. These pictures were taken just after construction but the gas was not connected at that time. We will go back later and take pictures of all 5 Vortex Fires burning at one time. The center Vortex is 48" tall, on either side they are 36" tall and the end Vortex Fires are 24" tall. The glass that was used was a clear crystal with only a bottom frame. The top was free floating. These are located just behind the main bar in the large picture window open to the balcony. The pictures below are from the balcony looking in to the Prive which over looks the Las Vegas Strip. The trailer is 25' long, 8'6" wide and 13'6" tall! We will be displaying more than 500 colors and products in this new trailer. Enough with the minor details, here are the first pictures. There will be more details and pictures to come in the next 3 weeks as this is how long it will take to complete this trailer. Yard Crashers From DIY Network Click HERE to see what we have been working on! Seen on HGTV and the DIY Network! The ribbon burner below is made from 1/8" brushed stainless steel. The center was water jet cut and then we bent the two center fins down to install the ribbon burner with electronic ignition. The base plate measured 94" x 26" and was installed in San Diego, California. The architect is Kelly Crain of San Diego. Hopefully we will be sent the finished pictures of the fireplace. We can build these in any size, shape, material and in natural gas or propane. This was tested in the shop with a minimal of 1/4 lb of natural gas.
