The trailer is 25' long, 8'6" wide and 13'6" tall! We will be displaying more than 500 colors and products in this new trailer. Enough with the minor details, here are the first pictures. There will be more details and pictures to come in the next 3 weeks as this is how long it will take to complete this trailer. They range from 2" to 6" in size and these look great in the fire! These are our new propane burners for fire pits with use with PROPANE. They are as follows: 18" pan with a 12" burner 24" pan with a 18" burner 30" pan with a 24" burner The remote box has an electronic (battery) starter and a variable fuel valve. Propane must be mixed with air (air mixer valve/ venturi) to insure a clean bur without soot! If you burn straight propane you will experience black smoke/ soot and this is not good. We have worked on the development for several months now on these burners and they are now ready for you. The picture on the lower left is of a possibility for the new burners. You can mount these into any table. With this in mind when we designed these we wanted the customer to be able to build or design any base, table or fire pit to install a propane burner. The picture on the right is of the bottom side of the control box. The left picture is of the control box with the air mixer. The picture on the right is of the ring and base plate which prevents the propane from sinking. Below on the right are the thermo coupler and electronic starter. The thermocoupler is the safety switch which if the fire is blown out and leaving the tharmocoupler cold will shut your system off for safety reasons. WE NOW HAVE PROPANE BURNERS AND THEY ARE UL APPROVED NATION WIDE! These have been long awaited and these are manufactured for Aquatic Glassel by a national manufacture. Here are the first pictures and more details will follow. These burners cone in 18", 24" and 30". When ordering please specify if the connector is on the left or right side. with remote (optional) The pictures of the remote control will follow in the days to follow. Our propane Fire Pit burners come in 2 sizes, 12" and 24". This is a 24" ring on a 30" base. The base is detached for remote locating. We are taking order for the burners as they are being built as ordered. Manufacturing time is about ten days and they ship the same day as of completed. *Here is a fountain project:* *Using Neo Lavendar, Lavendar, light Plum and Plum toppings:* We are now starting to bring new and exciting products to our already extensive product collection. We will have these portable fire pit available soon. Please e mail for any questions or suggestions. Ed This fire pit has 1/2" clear with only a 7" burner installed. We will be offering this fire pit with a 19" burner to create an even more attractive fire. This is the same fire pit but now with a 19" burner underneath. The pictures below are of 3 condos in Long Beach California. This is how they started and now how they look today. More captions to follow. The pan burner below is for a 2 sided fireplace and this pan is 25" x 45" and controlled from only one side. It is constructed from 16 gauge brushed stainless steel with 3" x 3" x 3" corner legs. The picture on the bottom left shows you the thermo-coupler and safety pilot light kit which are UL and CSA approved. This is one side of the two sided fireplace and we will post pictures when the glass is installed of both sides. The table below was and has been designed for the Marriott Hotels. This is a pro-to type which will be wrapped in wire and then coated in a special mix of concrete for use with fire. The table will have a brushed metal edge with lighting on the under side which will be activated just by touch (switch-less). The table measures 60" wide, 24" tall and a base of 36". There will be a base door to access all utilities, gas, electric and water. This table will have a water feature, fire feature and electronics. After installation we will post pictures of the finished product.The first tables are going to Idaho in Boise and other cities in Boise. ere are a few pictures of our toppers before we process the glass We make all of our toppers and toppings in billet form as you can see they are 1" to 1 1/2" thick at first pour, yes we do pour the glass into molds. THE BILLETS/ GLASS BELOW ARE SOME OF OUR NEW COLORS COMING SOON! This is the first step of production and we should be posting these colors in about 2 to 3 months. The tables below were made for the Marriott in Boise Idaho Marriott Hotel Boise Idaho This is a pro-to type fire table that when finished will be wrapped in wire and finished in smooth high heat concrete mix with a 48" fire bowl in the middle. There will be a 6" brushed metal finished edge to cover under table lights. The table is 60" wide and 24" tall. These will be delivered to Boise Idaho, Marriott Corp. We will post finished pictures as soon as we can. A brushed finish 8" edge was added along with a touch sensor to turn the lights on under the table. It is a 3 position sensor (high, medium and low). Now the high heat concrete is applied and shaped. As it turns out there is a 36" triple ring under the lava rock and we are down sizing it to a 24" double ring. As you can see when the wind blows the fire get a little bit close to the edge. If you had a drink near the edge it would be a little bit warmer now. The sides will be dropped about 3 inches and the center raised about 3" and a 24" ring will finish it off. We will post the pictures of the glass and ICE when it is installed in a few days. This is our latest venture and the first ones will be installed in a month or so. We will be posting pictures of the completed project. These are very futuristic Tiki Torches if thats what you would like to call them, enjoy. This last one looks like Wilma Flintstone? What we have done is create a vortex and added fire! These will be made available in all sizes, colors and shapes. Stay tuned for more installation pictures! Ed Here is our first project in our metal shop. A portable fire pit for propane or natural gas. These will be available in unfinished (as shown) just add your stone, plaster, marble, granite, brushed stainless steel or? The fire pit shown is a natural gas with multi mix glass (about 30 to 40 colors from our mixing counter. The target price will be about $600.00 plus shipping. We are building our first 50 this month. The size is a 30" x 30" x 18" tall. Our newest line of burners are the star burners available in 12", 18" 24" and 30" in stainless steel and steel 30" star 24" star 12" star These are also made in custom sizes as well. If you dream it, we can make it! These can be made with a base or with out. The can be made for propane or natural gas. The Sticks below are a pro-to type of 2 sets that are being installed in Nipomo California in the Trilogy project by Shea Homes (Pismo Beach). We will follow up with completed pictures as soon as we have time to post the finished project. There are several fireplaces which will also be all electronic ignition as well At the base of each burner there is a control valve to regulate the flow of fuel to the burner. The base will be covered with our black sand to conceal the valves. We will post pictures of the finished and completed project. hese are our round ring burners with out the center hub and these can be made in any size in steel or stainless steel The pan below is a brushed aluminum pan with sculpted legs. This pan is for propane and now we offer a simple adapter to convert this to remote control from the back side (battery operated). The glass installed is a multi mix for the photo shoot only. The pan is 2" with 3" legs. This pan will be installed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico Below, this is what a vent less burner looks like when you purchase one and we can do with it for you. All of our sheet metal and welding is now done in house as we acquired a full sheet metal facility. The vent less burner below is 1 of 3 that were sent to Georgia. The glass that we tested was multi mix. We show the burner finished, with the burners exposed, burning and with glass, We will post the pictures of the finished fireplace when the customer send them to us to post. This is a propane vent less burner and these also are made in natural gas as well. Notice the stainless box tray underneath the upper pan. If you dream it, design it, think of it, we can build it as we are the innovators in the industry which seem to some how give licence for most to try to copy us and our products and designs. What is important that you know who we are! The vent less burner below is made of steel and there were actually 4 of these made. We covered the front and sides with 5" skirts. There are being installed in Georgia and as soon as they send pictures we will post them These pictures were taken just after the testing. This is a propane vent less burner and these are availabe in natural gas as well. The pictures below are of the same burner as above with Azurlite installed. These 4 vent less burners are being installed in Georgia. The skirts will hide the the valves and the remote control will be moved to the side of the fireplace. This was a vent less burner the customer sent to us for conversion and they asked for us to add a remote to all 4 vent less burners. One of our newest inventions and products is this Vortex Fire A little bit like a Tasmanian Devil on fire in a box! Our first public showing was in Palm Springs at the Village Fest Art Fair in August of 2007 Here are a few pictures of the Vortex Fire in public with one of our show trailers. These Trailers are being built for dealerships. We were showing 2 fire pits outdoors, the Vortex Fire and our fireplace indoors. This was the first public pro-to type which stood 36" tall. We are building 14 = 36" Vortex Fires for a party in Hawaii and we were contracted to build 32 Vortex Fires as large as 96" and as small as 48" for a Night Club/ Bar/ Restaurant in Las Vegas of we can't say at this time. But as soon as it opens we can post the pictures and let you know who it is. The first showing was a great success! Send us your opinions of our trailer and the Vortex Fire. This is an experimental project which has been going on for about a year or so and we finally have found a way to change the molecular structure of Quartz! Before now when you introduced Quartz (or any other rocks) to fire it would explode! Not any more, provided you use our rocks that have been processed by us. Here are the first few pictures of a collage of some of the colors we will be introducing as a new product line. We have about 40 to 50 new Quartz colors we will introduce in a variety of sizes in the next few months. We will be posting dozens of pictures in the next few days as we have the time to. The pictures we are going to show you here are being held by a person so you can see the size, quality and compare color. We want you to know you are not getting anything recycled! We don't deal in anything recycled but we still hear all of the horror stories almost everyday, so please be careful. Here is another new product line of ours, Fire Shapes in Metal!
