We are proud to announce that we have added a full sheet metal and welding facility to our company. If you have browsed the pages on our web site you can see the innovation our customers have allowed us to perform for the projects we have created. We are not just another company we are the innovative leaders. We never say NO! We can do anything for anyone anytime any where! We do work in all metals in any size, shape or form. We also have been known for some of the most creative burner systems in the fireplace and fire pit industry. We will be posting pictures to this page in the next few weeks, so please ask and come back from time to time.

Here is our first project in our metal shop. A portable fire pit for propane or natural gas. These will be available in unfinished (as shown) just add your stone, plaster, marble, granite, brushed stainless steel or? The fire pit shown is a natural gas with multi mix glass (about 30 to 40 colors from our mixing counter. The size is a 30" x 30" x 12" tall. The custom fire pits we will be manufacturing have a single wall construction frame with a drop in solid bottom fire pan/ tray. We will be offering both versions.

These are also made in custom sizes as well. If you dream it, we can make it! These can be made with a base or with out. The can be made for propane or natural gas.

The Sticks below are a pro-to type of 2 sets that are being installed in Nipomo California in the Trilogy project by Shea Homes (Pismo Beach). We will follow up with completed pictures as soon as we have time to post the finished project. There are several fireplaces which will also be all electronic ignition as well

At the base of each burner there is a control valve to regulate the flow of fuel to the burner. The base will be covered with our black sand to conceal the valves. We will post pictures of the finished and completed project.

The propane conversion was here in Southern California. Crista brought the bowl and we did the rest.

The ventless burner below is made of steel and there were actually 4 of these made. We covered the front and sides with 5" skirts. There are being installed in Georgia and as soon as they send pictures we will post them These pictures were taken just after the testing. This is a propane vent less burner and these are available in natural gas as well.

The skirts will hide the the valves and the remote control will be moved to the side of the fireplace. This was a ventless burner the customer sent to us for conversion and they asked for us to add a remote to all 4 ventless burners.
The first project we are working on is the Maryland Hotel (Ivy Hotel now) Roof Top Fire Pit in downtown San Diego, California on the 7th floor roof top!
It measures 60" across, 30" tall and 144" long!
The fire table/ fire pit will and a 5' x 12' surface top in smooth concrete with a 16" x 120" stainless steel fire tray of to one side. We will post pictures as the project grows on.
Te fire pit is constructed with a new flexible track and about 3,000 screws, 240' of galvanized channel, 450 welds, 600 lbs of GFRC/ Wonder Board and coated in smooth texture concrete.

The table now has had a different coat of colored concrete applied and a granite top. The glass that is installed is Starfire. The Hotel plumber was not very careful as he mixed the lava with the glass and now it looks like salt and pepper. We will be taking a trip to San Diego to fix this mixing issue because we would like to post finished pictures of the fire table burning at night time.

The Fire Pits/ Tables below are in Las Vegas Nevada. We built the stainless steel pans and corrals to protect the lighting on the outer edges of the pan. The glass that was used was:

V Blue and V Blue Reflective,

Ford Blue and Ford Blue Reflective. The installation was done by Silver State Fireplaces of Las Vegas.

This is at the Cadillac Ranch on the strip.

When these were installed we didn't have any gas to light the fire So if we get back we will take pictures.

The fire pit below was built to the customers specs. It was 48" round, 10" tall with 8" legs and constructed from 1/4" aluminum. Then powder coated to match the customers request. We will fill in the details as we go.

The surround below was a one piece construction face and a 4 piece construction on the rear. We use twin can laser on most if not all of our metal projects as this eliminates warp and keep the projects looking better. This was installed by Silver State Fireplaces in Las Vegas. RV Fire Pits, Portable Propane Fire Pits!

The propane pan below has a brushed finish on the front metal shield. This is a two part shield, one to retain the fireplace glass and second to conceal the controls. This is part of the fireplace design that was asked for. The first pictures shows the front completely up.

The stainless steel pan below was created by John Webber of San Diego, California. He created a card board mock up (card board mache') model for us to reproduce for his pan in the fireplace. This is a good way to provide a preview of what is to come. Our philosophy is "Your thoughts, My Hands!" we can build anything you desire. Here are the fire place pictures and pictures of the pan before, during and after!

Hi Ed,

We love our fire pit, and so does everyone else who sees it.  Your rock is gorgeous…

We keep a glass octagonal table top on it when not in use; the rock is always visible, even when used as simply a coffee table.

Thanks for your beautiful product and great service!!

The next pan (pans burners and baskets) is a ventless conversion. We cut the pan with a 1/2" front and a 2" back. We bent the front to be removable but also hide the controls. We Build to your needs and imagination! Be sure to see our Metal Page!

The next several pictures show you a flip top box design for a fire pit control panel. It is constructed from stainless steel or could be made from aluminum. The trimming valves are for adjusting the flame are inside along with an electronic key to activate the electronic ignition. These were made for an apartment complex and only the management had control of the electronic ignition. Here are the pictures.

If you are building a fire pit or fire table and did not plan for and where your controls will be located, we have a solution! We can build a Flip Top Box to conceal your controls for propane or natural gas. Here are 8 pictures for your possible project. We can modify these is dozens of ways to fit your fire pit project.

The next Fire and Water features were built for Cafe Vino in Denver Colorado.
Cafe Vino Fire Water
The water in the holding tank spins and gets pumped up to the inside of the fire bowl which drips it out back into the water tank.
Cafe Vino Fire Water
The water tank has lighting installed in the upper edge. There are many different types of lighting which can be installed.
Cafe Vino Fire Water
These only require a 16" hole for the upper bowl to come up and through. The tank is mounted from the bottom.
Cafe Vino Fire Water
The fire bowl raises and lowers to increase or decrease the water/ white noise created.

The next fire and water feature is one of our newer designs. The base bowl is a 24" spun aluminum bowl and the fire bowl is a 16" spun aluminum bowl. We will show you how it is made and tested.

The next fire pit was built for Chuck Krallman in the Bahamas. The challenge was 15 knots per hour trade winds and propane. Not a problem. We mock up all of our projects to insure that they work properly. I will explain as we move on.
