We have been asked why we post articles or information about other companies. Our answer is we are not these other companies! Nor do we associate ourselves with these types of companies. We won’t mention names at this point. We post information (public information) for the consumer because some customers don’t do “due diligence” or ask about the company they are dealing with or have purchased from. We sometimes hear about these disasters or problems created by these companies and for some reason we are asked to help these customers resolve their issues or help finish the projects which were misguided or just material/ information was wrongly given. Some of our strong points we would like to share with you:
We answer our own phones without answering machines or answering services.
We have an address and a showroom open to the public 6 days a week.
We address every question and or comment.
We guarantee every product and service we offer.
We are licensed, insured and experienced.
We have a fully trained sales staff to answer all of your questions and or needs.
Our customer service is second to none.
We design, build, create for you the customer.
We never say no. We can build anything!
We satisfy every customer every day.

We do not like being compared to these other companies as we feel we are DIFFERENT! Hopefully you will feel the same way. We would appreciate your comments to continue.

Rating Explanation

Summary

The rating the Better Business Bureau assigns a business is determined by our composite score of such factors as its type of business, length of time in business, compliance with competency licensing requirements, complaint volume, complaint history, seriousness of complaints, how the company responds to complaints, whether or not a company has committed to our standards, and our experience with the company's industry in general. The scoring system takes into account the importance we feel each factor is to the company’s reliability.
The highest rating assigned to a company is A+; the lowest is F. Between those two ratings are nine others in order from higher to lower. In January 2009, all Better Business Bureaus adopted this rating system, which meant adjusting some previously assigned ratings. [For example, companies with ratings of A, B or C under the old rating system were changed to A-, B- and C-.] These modifications should not be construed as downgrades, but simply as a change in the index. The ratings are defined as follows:

A+
     An exemplary rating. This means that nothing in our files causes us to have any doubt about the company’s reliability.

A
     An extremely high rating. The condition that lowers this grade from A+ is not what we believe to be a significant one.

A-
     An excellent rating. A company with this rating may not rate higher because of a greater number of rate-lowering factors, but we do not consider them to be factors that would likely adversely affect consumer transactions.

B+
     A very high rating. A company with this rating would not have a significant number of complaints or other considerations that could pose a problem to consumers.

B
     A high rating. The company would generally have demonstrated good business-consumer relations, and we would expect any consumer complaints not to be of a serious nature and to be satisfactorily handled by the company.

B-
     A good rating that still implies reputability. The rating may relate to length of time in business, a past problem that’s been corrected, or something else that does not cause problems for consumers. We believe a company with this rating would generally conduct business and respond to any complaints satisfactorily.

C+
     A good rating. We would expect nothing less than a satisfactory business transaction, but read our full report to determine if you have any questions or concerns.

C
     Average rating. We would expect consumer transactions to be satisfactory. Since each transaction is individual, read our full report to determine if you have questions or concerns.

C-
     Acceptable rating. We know of no reason not to do business with this company. If the level of this rating relates to anything specific that we know might be of concern to consumers, it is stated in this report. Read our full report to determine if you have questions or concerns.

D+
     This rating is acceptable only if you have thorough knowledge of the company and the offer and feel certain that the reasons for our concerns about it would not negatively affect your transaction with it.

D
     We have enough concerns about this company (for example, their offer, customer complaints, advertising, etc.) that we recommend caution in doing business with it.

D-
     We find nothing about this company that would serve as any recommendation to do business with it. Although something about its business principals or practices keeps it just above our lowest rating, it has far more negative than positive factors. We recommend extreme caution in doing business with it.

F
     We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.

NR
     "NR" is displayed when another Better Business Bureau issues the report on the subject company, or when the Bureau is conducting system maintenance.

Moderustic Inc Return Policy and Legal Notices

•    Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with exceptions only by management.
•    Returned products must be unused and/ or unmixed.
•    Returned products must be packaged well to avoid damage in transit, OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE.
•    Returned products that are damaged in transit will not be able to be refunded.
•    Refunds will be made towards product cost only.
•    Refunds will not be given for non-product labor costs (consulting fees, installation fees, labor, shipping etc.)
•    Restock fees may apply depending on which items are being returned. (30% to 70%)

Glass/ burning products 30%, Burners 50%, Custom Burners 70%, Metal Pans or any Custom Metal Work, Electronics are not returnable ever!

•    Refunds are processed after customer’s review and acceptance of refunded amount.
•    Refunds take approximately 1 week for processing less any customer delays.
•    Any return must have a return authorization in writing by the management and this will be noted.
•    There are no returns or refunds on any custom metal products what so ever!
•    We are not responsible for local codes and or if any of our products are or are not approved. Please check with your local building department or governing agencies for proper approvals before purchasing. Custom built or designed items are not returnable for any reason.
•    Any Designs, Drawings, PDF Files, Ideas, Pictures, Attachments, Renderings, Facsimiles, Faxes, Blue Prints, Copies, Documents and even copy written materials once sent to Moderustic Inc, Ed Jaunzemis, Aquatic Glassel or any employee of Moderustic Inc becomes property of said company to use, distribute, copy, reproduce, manipulate, recreate, modify, advertise, promote, lay claim to and or use in our discretion as we need. If you do not agree with these terms then please do not send us anything. Our intentions are to create for you the "Customer" and it is our vast collection of material that will spawn an idea for you to have us create something for you. If we should create something/ anything for you that is one of a kind, you do not own any rights to this or there idea or ideas, product or concept in any way shape or form.
•    EXPEDITED SHIPPING NOTICE
(i.e. 2/ 3-Day Select, Next Day/ 2nd Air, etc.):
If UPS/ FedEx fails to deliver your packages within the expedited delivery time frame you have chosen, they can or will refund a PORTION of the delivery charges. We will pass 100% of the UPS/ FedEx refund back to you. The amount refunded is determined by UPS/ FedEx and will be less than the original expedited shipping charge that you originally paid. This is due to surcharges and fuel charges. We do not determine what will be credited back.
